COUNTY CLERK THOMAS HOLBROOK announced that for the March 20, 2018, General Primary Election, the statutory starting date of EARLY VOTING is February 8, 2018; however, there are currently court challenges filed to Illinois State Board of Elections rulings that could affect the final certified ballot.
 
We will begin Early Voting at the Courthouse as soon as we receive the final ballot certification from the State Board of Elections.
 
If you absolutely need to vote before this issue is resolved, we will have paper ballots available in the County Clerk’s Office, Election Department, 10 Public Square, 2nd Floor, Belleville, IL, 62220.
 
All UCAVA/Military Ballots have been mailed as required by Federal Statute.
